Computer :- Some shortcut keys



  1. Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar - Create a non breaking space
  2. Ctrl + B - Make letters bold
  3. Ctrl + I - Make letters italic
  4. Ctrl + U - Make letters underline
  5. Ctrl + Shift+ < - Decrease font size one value
  6. Ctrl + Shift + > - Increase the font size one value
  7. Ctrl + [ - Increase the font size by 1 point
  8. Ctrl + ] - Decrease the font size by 1 point
  9. Ctrl + Spacebar - Remove paragraph or character formatting.
  10. Ctrl + C - Copy the selected text or object
  11. Ctrl + X - Cut the selected text or object
  12. Ctrl + V - Paste text or an object
  13. Ctrl + Alt + V - Paste special
  14. Ctrl + Shift + V - Paste formatting only
  15. Ctrl + Z - Undo the last action
  16. Ctrl + Y - Redo the last action

  8. Shift + F5 - Bring up search box.
  9. Ctrl + A - Select all contents of the worksheet
  10. Ctrl + B - Bold highlighted selection
  11. Ctrl + I - Italic highlighted selection
  12. Ctrl + U - Underline highlighted selection
  13. Ctrl + P - Bring up the print dialog box to begin printing
  14. Ctrl + Z - Undo last action
  15. Ctrl + F9 - Minimise current workbook
  16. Ctrl + F10 - Maximise currently selected workbook
  17. Ctrl + F6 - Switch between open workbooks/window
  18. Ctrl + Page Up - Move between Excel worksheet in the same Excel document.
  19. Ctrl + Page Down - Move between Excel worksheets in the same Excel document
  20. Ctrl + Tab - Move between two or more open Excel files
  21. Alt + = - Create a formula to sum all of the above cells
  22. Ctrl + ’ - Insert the value of the above cell into cell currently selected.
  23. Ctrl + Arrow key - Move to next section to text
  24. Ctrl + Space - Select entire column
  25. Shift + Space - Select entire row
